How to respond to user messages using AI agent

An AI agent enables your business to leverage AI to respond instantly to customers based on your business data.

How to create an AI Agent

To create an AI Agent, first you need to connect OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, or xAI.

For this documentation, we will use OpenAI (ChatGPT). To create an AI Agent using ChatGPT, click on ChatGPT button. Next, you will need to provide your OpenAI API key

After you connect to OpenAI, a default AI agent is automatically created. Next, you need to provide your business data to your AI Agent.

Provide business information to the AI Agent

For the agent to reply to a customer with an accurate answer, a business must provide its business information and data to the agent. There are two ways to add information to an AI agent.

1 – Add information to the System message (Prompt)
You can provide any relevant information you want your agent to know about your business in this field.

2 – Add documents to an agent
An AI agent can generate an accurate response based on documents uploaded by a business. Business can upload PDF, CSV, DOCX, DOC, JSON, PPTX, TXT…

To add a document to an agent, first upload the document in AI Center -> AI Tools -> AI Files

After you upload your document, edit your AI agent and select the new uploaded file in the AI tools session.
